The Classic Chic Swerve Vest Dress is made from designer, top quality, surplus fabrics. It’s lined with a soft light weight polyester lining. It’s seamed at the waist for a flattering fit. The collar can be worn high or low in different ways. Can be work as a dress or a long vest layering piece.
